Ingredients
- 30 ml Amaretto
- 15 ml 151 rum
- 120 ml Beer
Preparation
- Fill a shot glass with amaretto.
- Float 151 on top. Don't know how? Pour slowly over the back of a bar spoon held just above the surface so the liquid sits on top rather than mixing in.
- Light the rum, drop the shot into a glass of beer.
- Drink immediately.
