Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 30 ml Simple syrup
  • 30 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 piece Egg white
  • 3 drop Orange flower water
  • 30 ml Soda water

Preparation

Dry shake all ingredients except soda vigorously for 2 minutes. Add ice, shake again. Strain into a Collins glass and top with soda.
