Ingredients
- 60 ml Pisco
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Simple syrup
- 1 piece Egg white
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation
Dry shake all ingredients without ice, then shake again with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and dash bitters on foam.
