Ingredients
- 30 ml Blended Scotch
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Honey-ginger syrup
- 60 ml Champagne
- 7.5 ml Islay Scotch
Preparation
Shake Scotch, lemon and honey-ginger with ice. Strain into a flute. Top with champagne and float Islay Scotch.
