Ingredients

  • 30 ml Blended Scotch
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Honey-ginger syrup
  • 60 ml Champagne
  • 7.5 ml Islay Scotch

Preparation

Shake Scotch, lemon and honey-ginger with ice. Strain into a flute. Top with champagne and float Islay Scotch.
