Ingredients: 45 ml Mezcal; 60 ml Grapefruit juice; 15 ml Lime juice; 10 ml Simple syrup; 1 pinch Activated charcoal; 60 ml Soda water

Served in a highball glass

Ingredients

45 ml Mezcal
60 ml Grapefruit juice
15 ml Lime juice
10 ml Simple syrup
1 pinch Activated charcoal
60 ml Soda water

Preparation

Shake mezcal, juices, syrup and charcoal with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice and top with soda.
