New York Sour (Classic)

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Rye whiskey
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 15 ml Red wine

Preparation

Shake whiskey, lemon and syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Carefully float red wine on top.
