Mezcal Paloma

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Mezcal
  • 60 ml Grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 10 ml Agave syrup
  • 60 ml Soda water

Preparation

Shake mezcal, juices and syrup with ice. Strain into a salt-rimmed highball glass over ice and top with soda.

Grapefruit wedge, salt rim
