Ingredients: 60 ml Dark rum; 15 ml Butter; 1 barspoon Brown sugar; 120 ml Hot water; 1 pinch Cinnamon; 1 pinch Nutmeg

Served in an Irish coffee glass

Preparation

Dissolve butter and brown sugar in hot water. Add rum and spices. Stir gently.
