Ingredients: 45 ml Gin; 22.5 ml Lime juice; 15 ml Simple syrup; 6 leaves Mint leaves; 30 ml Ginger beer

Served in a highball glass

Preparation

Muddle mint with syrup. Add gin and lime, shake with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with ginger beer.
