Ingredients

  • 120 ml Prosecco
  • 60 ml White peach purée

Preparation

Add peach purée to a flute and slowly top with prosecco, stirring gently.

Origin story

The Bellini cocktail was invented in the 1940s by bartender Giuseppe Cipriani at Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. It was created to celebrate the peach harvest and named after the Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini.
