Ingredients

  • 60 ml Aperol
  • 90 ml Prosecco
  • 30 ml Soda water

Preparation

Build in a wine glass over ice. Add Aperol, then prosecco, then soda water. Stir gently.

Origin story

The Aperol Spritz originated in Italy, with its roots tracing back to the 1950s when Aperol was combined with Prosecco and soda water. It has since become a popular aperitif, especially in the summer months.
